All veterinary professionals including; veterinary practice owners, veterinary practice managers, veterinary nurses, and veterinary students, along with technology companies and entrepreneurs serving the veterinary and the pet industry. Veterinarians must register as a Veterinarian. Attendees must be 18 years or older. Attendees less than 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or registered attendee. Yes, it is transferrable to a colleague or friend and must be used the same year. Or, credits can be saved and used for the following year only.
Yes, we encourage everyone to register for sessions so that we can determine room capacity. We ask that you cancel your sessions if you schedule changes to allow for other attendees to reserve their space. Sessions are first-come, first served.
Yes, exhibitors may bring a guest to PZ3 Live. Maximum number of guests per exhibitor is two (2), one (1) adult guest badge (18 years old and above) and one (1) minor guest badge (under 18 years old). The fee for the adult guest badge is $50. Access to the Expo Hall is allowed. No access to sessions.

We recommend business or business casual attire. Meeting rooms are typically colder than the Exhibit Hall. We recommend bringing or wearing a light jacket.
Yes, continuing eduction credits will be provided for most sessions offered at PZ3 Live. Total number of CE hours to be determined.

PZ3 Live provides housing arrangements at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas. To obtain a special group rate, identify yourself as being with PZ3 Live or PetZONE360 Live. We encourage you to book early for the best selection and rates. Guest may call Call Toll-Free: 1-800-331-5731 to make individual hotel reservations. When booking reservations over the phone, guests must mention the following group code: GSPET24
The "cut-off date" for accepting reservations into this group block is Monday, March 25, 2025. Reservation requests and/or name/date change requests received after 5:00 p.m. PDT at hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted based on rate and/or category availability.

Each exhibitor receives one (1) small virtual booth as part of their exhibitor package. The PetZONE360 3D Virtual Booth (Booths2GO) is an immersive and interactive platform that uses advanced simulation and gamification technology to recreate and capture the experience of being at a live trade show event. It supplements PZ3 Live by expanding its renowned expo hall 24/7, every day of the year. Visitors can access Booths2GO and experience the entirety of an exhibiting company's virtual booth, talk live with company representatives, view and download content into their “virtual backpack,” watch webinars and videos and even load up on all the free giveaways.
Exhibitor badge ordering will open on Tuesday, February 2, 2025. The PZ3 Live Exhibitor Badge Policy is available online for your reference. Badges may be picked up at the Main Registration area at The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas. We recommend using your badge allotment first and ordering anything above your allotment onsite or once you are sure that those additional badges will be used. Once badges are printed, no refund will be provided.
Attendees may cancel their registration, less a $50 processing fee, if cancellation notice is received in writing, at least 30 days before the event begins (midnight of March 24, 2025). Any request for cancellation after this date will be honored on a case-by-case basis only. Registration after March 24, 2025, is not eligible for any refund. Send cancellation notice to support@petzone360.com. Please also note other fees associated with cancellations, insufficient funds, or registration transfers.
