Manolita was then recruited to work for the Western Veterinary Conference (now Viticus Group) to revive and grow the conference. She helped transition WVC from the Las Vegas Hilton and Riviera Hotel to the MGM Grand, and eventually to the Mandalay Bay where it is still held today. She grew the conference from 5,000 attendees to around 15,000. She was one of the key players during the development and construction of the Viticus Center (previously Oquendo Center) in Las Vegas in 2009. She managed and held multiple positions until she became the Chief Operating Officer until her departure in 2014.

Manolita briefly left the veterinary industry to work for the National Council of Juvenile & Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) at the University of Nevada, Reno, Nevada, where she headed their Conference & Travel Division.

Manolita was then recruited to work for The North American Veterinary Community (NAVC) and headed their VMX tradeshow for almost 5 years. While at the NAVC, she grew and almost doubled their number of exhibitors and exhibit revenue in a relatively short time. She introduced 3D virtual technology while at NAVC in 2019 just prior to the pandemic. She also received numerous awards from distinguished organizations, such as Trade Show Executive, Trade Show News Network, and from the Event Industry Council while at NAVC.

In early 2022, Manolita left NAVC and co-founded and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PetZONE360™ – an online, immersive, and comprehensive platform serving the pet industry, which was launched in March of 2023.

She also currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Simulocity, the parent company of PetZONE360 and a global technology solutions firm based in Lake Mary, Florida, USA.

Manolita is active in the trade show and convention industry. She served as a member of the Board of Directors for the International Association of Exhibitions & Events (IAEE) in 2012-2015. She actively serves in the IAEE's Women's Leadership Forum and participates in various industry research and studies as her time allows.
