Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitor badge ordering will open on Tuesday, February 2, 2025. The PZ3 Live Exhibitor Badge Policy is available online for your reference. Badges may be picked up at the Main Registration area at The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas. We recommend using your badge allotment first and ordering anything above your allotment onsite or once you are sure that those additional badges will be used. Once badges are printed, no refund will be provided.

Reservation requests and/or name/date change requests received after 5:00 p.m. PDT at hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted based on rate and/or category availability.
