PZ3 Live is a trade-only event, owned and produced by PetZONE360™.
All PZ3 Live participants must be affiliated with the veterinary and animal health technology industry. PZ3 Live is not open to the public.
Safety is our number one priority during our event. PZ3 Live strives to provide a safe, inclusive, harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, beliefs, citizenship and/or other protected categories. All PZ3 Live participants, including attendees, media, speakers, contractors, partners, sponsors, and exhibitor personnel are expected to follow this Code of Conduct and the Online Community Guidelines at all official PZ3 Live venues and events.
PZ3 Live does not tolerate conduct that threatens, intimidates, or coerces another participant at the show, including actions based on an individual's background or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. Firearms, weapons (including weapon replicas), ammunition, dangerous or hazardous devices or substances and illegal items are prohibited at all official PZ3 Live venues and events.
For physical event only: PZ3 Live participants acknowledge all bags are subject to search and metal wand screening. Photo ID will be required upon event registration check-in. PZ3 Live expects that all PZ3 Live participants will be dressed in clothing considered appropriate and respectful for a professional environment. We recommend business or business casual attire. These guidelines are applicable to all event participants, regardless of gender. Attire that imitates armed forces or law enforcement or appears to threaten the safety of event participants is also prohibited. PZ3 Live show management reserves the right to determine appropriate attire.
All PZ3 Live participants must have and visibly wear their PZ3 Live-issued badge to enter or participate in any office PZ3 Live venue, exhibit area, conference, or authorized events. Badges are the property of PetZONE360 and may not be resold, transferred to, or shared with others. Badges may be revoked by PZ3 Live show management for violations of this Code of Conduct.
This Code of Conduct does not replace rules posted by PZ3 Live venue owners or any rules that are part of PZ3 Live’s contracts with its vendors, exhibitors and/or sponsors. Participants asked to stop any behavior in violation of this code are expected to comply immediately.
This code provides general guidelines and cannot cover every possible type of unacceptable behavior. PetZONE360 reserves the right to apply corrective action to instances other than the specific examples noted. PZ3 Live participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event and all future events without a refund at the discretion of PZ3 Live show management. PetZONE360 reserves the right to take any action that is necessary, in the sole judgment of PetZONE360 for the protection of PetZONE360’s staff, its participants, including but not limited to exhibitors, and/or attendees.
